We’re growing our commercial team and looking for a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in iGaming outsourcing and an existing network within the gambling industry.
This role is a strong fit for a specialist who understands how outsourcing works specifically in the slots/casino space, knows the market players, and is comfortable owning deals from first contact to closing.
What we’re looking for:
2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within iGaming / gambling outsourcing.
Practical understanding of the online casino market (slots, crash, instant-win, production pipelines, and development specifics).
Existing network or established connections within the gambling/iGaming industry.
Experience working with international clients.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, communication, negotiation, and closing.
Confident spoken and written English.
Self-organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal production teams.
What the role is about:
Handle inbound and outbound business development opportunities in the iGaming outsourcing space from first contact to deal closure.
Leverage your existing network and company lead sources to generate new business opportunities.
Communicate with clients (casino operators, studios, platforms) to understand their needs and project scope.
Collaborate with production and presales teams to prepare tailored proposals for gambling projects.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
Represent iLogos in client calls and negotiations, including with key decision-makers.
Build long-term relationships with iGaming studios, platforms, and operators.
