Publishing Producer
Fenris Creations, formerly CCP Games, is looking for a Publishing Producer to join the in-house Publishing team working on EVE Frontier.
You will be responsible for producing cross-team publishing initiatives for EVE Frontier, from marketing campaigns to live event presence and data & measurement projects. This will require excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with teams across Development and Publishing to manage evolving product information, coordinate delivery, and ensure publishing work reaches players accurately and on time.
Your Tasks:
- Own day-to-day production across EVE Frontier Publishing initiatives, including campaign assets, event presence, web updates, full-funnel measurement, creator activations, owned channel activations, and marketing beats.
- Work closely with the development team to track changing information around new features, content updates, and release plans - proactively managing required publishing work, including marketing asset production and tracking/measurement updates.
- Partner with development producers, including art production, to source feature details, build access, assets, and production context, using this to support in-house creative teams for publishing activations.
- Own the production plans for Publishing projects, ensuring clarity over what we’re making and how we’re going to create it together
- Manage the Frontier Publishing team’s workflow, ensuring incoming requests are prioritized, assigned, briefed, reviewed, and delivered against agreed timelines
- Coordinate work across internal stakeholders, including Brand, Community, Development, Data, Communications, Web, Legal, and Player Support
- Identify blockers early, escalate risks clearly, and help teams make practical trade-offs when timelines, priorities, or feature realities shift
- Manage external partners where needed, including agencies, partners, freelancers, vendors, and production suppliers
- Improve Publishing production processes by identifying workflow issues, tightening review loops, clarifying ownership, and helping the team work more efficiently
