Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to help evaluate, guide, and improve mobile games developed by external studios. This role sits at the intersection of game design, product, analytics, publishing, and studio collaboration.
You will work closely with external developers and internal teams to help shape high-potential games from early concept through prototype, soft launch, global launch, and live operations.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a Senior Game Designer, you will support external development studios by reviewing concepts, validating prototypes, identifying design risks, and providing clear recommendations to improve player experience, retention, monetization, and long-term scalability.
This is not only a hands-on design role, but also a strategic validation role. You will help Miniclip identify which games have potential, what needs to improve, and how studios can move their games through the next stage of development.
You will work across casual, hybrid-casual puzzle, idle, RPG, tower defence and other accessible mobile genres, helping external partners build games that can reach a broad global audience.
