š„ What Youāll Be Doing
Your mission is simple: break games so developers can fix them, transforming good titles into absolute masterpieces. You will:
- Level Up Your Skills: Learn industry-leading QA processes and master professional testing standards optimized over two decades.
- Leave No Stone Unturned: Write and execute test scripts, guidelines, and instructions to hunt down bugs across all major platforms (PC, Console, Mobile, and VR).
- Work with the Pros: Use standard industry tools to track glitches, and get the rare chance to speak directly with developers to help them polish their vision.
- Go From Indie to AAA: Test a massive variety of games, taking ownership of your projects and building efficiencies into how you work.
- Join an Elite Squad: Work side-by-side with passionate, like-minded gamersācollaborating on challenges, sharing discoveries, and making great friends along the way.

- A Hardcore Passion for Gaming: You live and breathe video games, keeping up with the latest industry launches and trends.
- Laser-Sharp Focus: Exceptional attention to detailāyou spot the things everyone else misses.
- Tech-Savvy: Great with computers (including MS Office) and fast at adapting to brand-new software. Familiarity with multiple hardware setups (PC, Consoles, Mobile, VR) is a massive plus.

- On-Site Only: Due to strict security requirements from our game studio partners, all work must be performed on-site at our Liverpool offices. There are absolutely no remote or hybrid options available.
- Project Pool Structure: Following your paid training, you will be placed into our talent pool and called into the office as project work goes live. Because of shifting client demands and seasonal loads, continuous paid work is not guaranteed.
