DB QA Engineer (fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Database QA Engineer to join our Business Solutions Department. The department manages an in-house, full-cycle marketing platform that allows users to interact with more than 300 advertising platforms and networks around the world, and is used by Plarium studios as well as our partner companies.
The successful applicant will join the team that develops and maintains the platform, which is designed to help create, run, monitor, and optimize advertising, as well as compile and analyze reports. This is a heavily loaded system and you will be dealing with terabytes of data, various databases, and cloud services like Google BigQuery. For instance, each query processes over 500GB of data.
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office, Lviv office, Kyiv office, or remotely in Ukraine.
5:Responsibilities
Creating test cases
Writing database queries and scripts to compare and verify data
Improving data quality
Setting up automated processes to validate data and send alerts in case of issues
What we expect
At least two years of experience as a QA Engineer
At least one year of experience working with databases
Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries
Experience in writing automated tests
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Desired
Knowledge of any programming language
Familiarity with bug-tracking systems (TestMo)
Experience drawing up technical documentation
Experience working with reporting systems such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, SSRS
Experience working with data orchestrators such as SSIS, kestra, apach airflow, databricks
