The successful candidate will join the team working on a new survival game, where you will breathe life into characters, create dynamic cutscenes, and set up gameplay animations.
You will be able to work from our Kharkiv or Lviv office, or remotely within Ukraine.
Responsibilities
Creating animations for specific gameplay mechanics, taking timing and gameplay speed requirements into account
Creating animations for cutscenes, focusing on timing, composition, and acting
Creating unique character animations for menu screens, interfaces, customization, and rewards
Developing and optimizing basic humanoid rigs within the game engine limits
Improving existing animations and refining rigs
What we expect
3+ years of experience in a similar role in game dev
Strong understanding of animation principles, anatomy in dynamics, posing, and body mechanics
Experience in creating game rigs and using mGear
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya
English language skills at the Pre-intermediate level or higher
Desired
Experience with Unity: importing animations and rigs, configuring Animator Controller, and working with Blend Trees
Basic experience with Git or other version control systems
Artistic and acting skills
