Group Compensation Manager
The successful candidate will be able to work at our Warsaw, Barcelona offices, or remotely from Poland, Spain or the United Kingdom.
At MTG we are a portfolio of gaming studios creating experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
This role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, our studios make games played by tens of millions of people across mobile and PC.
The District isn't just a holding structure. We offer our studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, and D2C distribution, so they can focus on making great games.
We are now looking for a Group Compensation Manager to play a key role in shaping and operationalising our compensation frameworks across the group. This role supports both the listed holding-company and two business units, with a specific focus on the newly established ‘Midcore District’. The position reports into the Global Head of People Analytics & Insights and will also work closely with the group Chief People Officer, Finance, Legal, and P&C leaders across our studios and within the central services team.
You will combine strong technical compensation expertise with a pragmatic, stakeholder-oriented mindset, and you’re equally comfortable designing frameworks, running annual cycles, and translating complex data into clear recommendations.
This role is structured as a Strategic Individual Contributor.
