People & Culture Operations Manager
MTG is one of the largest listed mobile gaming companies in Europe. The group brings together an international portfolio of game studios behind titles played by hundreds of millions of people worldwide — including RAID: Shadow Legends, Forge of Empires, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, F1 Clash, Bloons TD 6, and PlaySimple’s leading casual word games portfolio.
Following MTG’s acquisition of Plarium in 2025, the group entered a new stage of growth and expansion, with a strong focus on organic growth, the evolution of shared services, and continued strategic development across its studios and teams worldwide.
We are looking to hire a highly organised, detail-oriented and hands-on People & Culture Operations Manager to join the People & Culture team, supporting MTG HQ and the current (and future) business units.
The role will work report to and work closely with the Chief People Officer and support both MTG HQ and its two business units across a mix of recurring operational responsibilities and project-based work.
This is a part-time role of 24-30 hours per week with significant flexibility. The role includes two days per week in our Stockholm office in Gamla Stan, with flexible working arrangements for the remaining hours.
