We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Game Director to take ownership of a brand-new mobile game from its earliest days. The game is based on the RAID: Shadow Legends IP.
You will be responsible for defining the game’s creative and product vision, leading early product discovery, research, and prototyping efforts. This is an opportunity to build a successful game from the ground up, and assemble the team behind it.

- Define and drive the creative and product vision, identifying market opportunities, establishing USPs, and shaping the product concept
- Lead a cross-functional team of game designers, artists, and developers, setting clear direction and aligning the team around shared goals
- Drive the prototyping process, turning ideas and hypotheses into playable experiences while defining success metrics and validating concepts
- Analyze playtest results, player feedback, and product metrics to guide decisions and refine the game experience
- Shape and document game systems and mechanics, from concept to implementation
- Own UX thinking: develop user scenarios, interface structures, and player journeys
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and support the creative process
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as Game Director, Product Lead, Product Manager, Lead Game Designer or a similar position in mobile F2P game development
- Track record of contributing to the development of multiple mobile game projects, including leading at least one mobile game through release in a product or game design leadership role
- Experience of managing game features through the full lifecycle: idea → prototype → MVP → release → analysis
- Ability to define, communicate, and evolve a compelling game vision that aligns gameplay, player experience, and artistic direction
- Strong understanding of mobile game metrics and the ability to turn data into product decisions
- Experience designing and balancing game economies, progression systems, rewards, and resource flows
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution and communication skills
Desired
- Experience with soft launch or startup-stage product development
- Experience with marketability testing and early product validation
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows
