Team

As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Talent Acquisition teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.

You will work hand in hand with our Growth team, which is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

You will be working on highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world.

Role

• Activate your network. Tap into your existing relationships across Türkiye's gaming ecosystem to surface passive talent who isn't on anyone else's radar.

• Hunt down hard-to-reach profiles. Go beyond job boards and LinkedIn, think creatively about how to identify and engage with targeted talent.

• Own local outreach. Craft personalized, culturally resonant outreach that makes Voodoo stand out as the next great career move in the Turkish gaming scene.

• Be our Istanbul antenna. Map the competitive landscape, flag emerging talent, and help us build a strong employer brand on the ground.

• Collaborate tightly with the global TA team. Provide clear, structured feedback on sourcing progress, candidate sentiment, and local market dynamics so we can move fast and smart.

Profile

• Deep roots in Turkish gaming. Solid hiring experience in the gaming industry in Türkiye, with a genuine understanding of the studios, the talent, and the market dynamics.

• A natural connector. The kind of person whose calls get answered and whose messages get replies, because relationships come first.

• Creative, relentless sourcing instincts. No waiting for inbounds. Community groups, events, referrals, unconventional channels, every stone gets turned.

• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English. Able to engage candidates locally and collaborate seamlessly with a global team.

• Autonomous and rigorous. Comfortable owning a brief independently, with structured outreach, clear tracking, and proactive communication as standard.

• Built for fast-paced environments. At ease with ambiguity, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.

This is for a contractor role, with ideally full-time dedicated to Voodoo's activities (but we can adapt), contract max for 3 months
