We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our RAID Department consisting of over 150 specialists. The department develops RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide – you can find it on iOS, Android , and other platforms.
Among our ranks are 7 Project Managers who continuously refine their skills and share insights. The successful applicant will be working in the development team which includes Developers, Technical Artists, and QA Engineers, as well as cooperating with other teams, such as Game Design, Art, LiveOps, Localization, BI.

Coordinating and scheduling the project release scope
Monitoring deadlines for all team members
Conducting project releases and retrospective meetings
Ensuring effective teamwork and improving teamworking processes throughout the entire project development cycle
Communicating with all project stakeholders on all pertinent information
Organizing cooperation between departments involved in the project
What we expect
4+ years of experience in a similar position as a Project Manager in development teams
Knowledge of approaches to project development by teams of 20+ people
Understanding of project development stages
Experience with tracking and planning tools: Jira, Gantt charts, etc.
Experience in building processes from scratch and optimizing existing ones
Ability to work in multitasking mode
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

Experience working in the game industry
