We are looking for a group of individuals to join our EA SPORTS Academy. This 12-month position will provide you an immersive learning experience that establishes the foundation for knowledge, mentorship and experience for the next generation of Development Directors (DDs) in EA SPORTS.

What an Associate Development Manager (ADM) does at EA:
The Associate Development Manager manages a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff. ADM's are the keepers of the project schedule and help move the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring collaboration and communication. You will report to a Development Director, and partner with Producers and Directors to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality, and within budget.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$86,600 - $118,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
 In Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
