Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking AI Product Owner to drive the development and integration of AI-powered capabilities across the Razer Gold Digital Web and Mobile Store ecosystem. This role will be responsible for shaping intelligent B2C and D2C experiences, enhancing user engagement, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven product decisions across global markets.
The role sits at the intersection of product management, AI/ML, data, engineering, risk, and operations, translating business opportunities into scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership skills with practical experience applying AI technologies in digital commerce and/or fintech environments, including areas such as personalization, intelligent recommendations, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, automation, and operational optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities across Razer Gold digital web/mobile applications and white-label solutions
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities to improve wallet growth, customer experience, payment optimization, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency
• Translate business challenges into clear AI product opportunities, including automation, intelligent decision-making, personalization, and predictive analytics solutions
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, scalability, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI product initiatives with Razer Gold’s broader platform and business strategy

AI Product Design & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered product features, from discovery, requirement definition, development, launch, and continuous improvement
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as:
  • Intelligent customer experience and personalization
  • Fraud detection and risk monitoring
  • Transaction monitoring and anomaly detection
  • Customer behaviour and spending insights
  • Intelligent routing and purchase optimization
  • Automated operational workflows
  • Customer support automation and chatbot capabilities
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to define AI requirements, user journeys, expected outcomes, and success metrics
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, scalable, reliable, and integrated effectively into the digital wallet ecosystem

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the product bridge between business teams and technical teams to drive successful AI product delivery
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align product goals and execution plans
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure responsible, transparent, and compliant AI adoption across global markets
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders by clearly communicating product decisions, priorities, risks, and trade-offs

Data-Driven Product Optimization

• Define and monitor key performance indicators for AI-powered features, including:
  • Product adoption and engagement
  • Customer experience improvement
  • Fraud detection effectiveness
  • Operational efficiency gains
  • Model performance and accuracy
• Analyze user behavior, transaction data, and operational insights to continuously improve AI capabilities
• Use data-driven insights to identify product enhancement opportunities and optimize customer journeys

Responsible AI, Risk & Governance

• Ensure AI-powered products comply with internal governance standards, security requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations
• Define product-level controls, monitoring mechanisms, and fallback processes for AI-driven decisions
• Support AI lifecycle management, including model validation, performance monitoring, enhancement, and continuous improvement
• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring AI solutions deliver trustworthy and explainable outcomes

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

• Own and manage the AI product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives and platform strategy
• Translate product requirements into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality product releases
• Coordinate product testing, user validation, rollout planning, and post-launch optimization
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced product environment

Customer & Business Growth Focus

• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance Razer Gold’s digital wallet experience through AI-driven innovation
• Improve user conversion, retention, monetization, and operational scalability through intelligent product solutions
• Stay updated on AI, fintech, digital commerce, and mobile technology trends to drive competitive product advantages

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership roles, preferably within digital commerce, fintech, payments, or technology platforms
• Proven experience owning and delivering digital products end-to-end, from product discovery, requirements definition, development, launch, and continuous optimization (0 → 1 or scale-up)
• Hands-on experience managing web and mobile applications, including iOS/Android feature development, UX optimization, release management, and product performance improvement
• Strong experience in building and optimizing digital storefronts, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, or consumer-facing digital experiences
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML or data-driven capabilities to improve product experience, automation, personalization, operational efficiency, or decision-making
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, classification, anomaly detection, model evaluation, monitoring, and AI-driven workflow automation
• Experience leveraging data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to define product metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive product decisions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, data, risk, compliance, and business teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Experience working in global digital commerce or multi-market platforms with cross-border regulatory or operational considerations
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment is a plus
