Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Community Engagement Intern to join our Marketing team for a 6-month internship program. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who passionate about social media marketing and branding, eager to gain hands-on experience in the operations of a marketing team.

You will be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns, management of social media content, and support of key initiatives that drive brand growth and community engagement. The role also incorporates the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, content development, and campaign effectiveness.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Create, schedule and manage content aligned with gaming culture, community behavior, and brand direction.

• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, copy development, and campaign optimization, while ensuring outputs meet brand tone, accuracy, and campaign objectives.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in summarizing key insights to support continuous campaign improvement.

• Support research on gaming trends, competitor activities and player behavior, validating findings and translating them into actionable insights for campaign planning.

• Assist in the coordination of influencer and community engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Support the execution and on-ground coordination of both online tournaments and offline gaming events when required.

Pre-Requisites :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in social media marketing, branding and community engagement. Passion for gaming, esports, and digital entertainment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit and gaming-related platforms).

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.

• Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools) to support content creation and productivity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 24 weeks (6 months) and work on-site at our Bangsar South office.
