Job Description
As a Content Creator Manager at Ubisoft, you will drive and execute creator engagement strategies across the Nordic region. You will build and maintain relationships with content creators, support creator campaigns for Ubisoft titles, and help grow the Ubisoft Creators Program through local activations and community engagement.
Working closely with local, regional, and global teams, you will contribute to creator marketing initiatives that increase player awareness, engagement, and community growth. This is a full-time remote role based in Denmark with regular international travel.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators across the Nordic region
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators and represent assigned Ubisoft projects
- Identify and engage new creator partners across streaming, video, and social media platforms
- Support the rollout and growth of the Ubisoft Creators Program, including creator onboarding and campaign participation
- Coordinate creator activations for Ubisoft game launches and ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute creator marketing initiatives
- Prepare and share campaign materials, including presentations, talking points, Q and As, capture guidelines, and creator assets
- Coordinate the distribution of creator kits, digital assets, and campaign materials
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reporting on creator activities, engagement, and opportunities
- Share market insights, creator trends, and best practices with local and international stakeholders

- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills in both written and spoken English

- Apply knowledge of the Nordic gaming, entertainment, and creator landscape
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and organized way
- Use negotiation and relationship-building skills to support campaign goals
- Interpret creator and community trends to support innovative marketing initiatives
- Deliver concise qualitative and quantitative reporting
- Show enthusiasm for gaming culture, creator communities, and digital content platforms
