当チームは、PlayStationビジネスに密接に関わるハードウェア領域において、製品開発部門と連携しながら新しい技術の導入や課題解決に取り組むProductization R&Dチームです。
R&D組織として中長期的な視点での技術検討を進めつつ、現行および将来のハードウェア開発における課題に対して、最先端技術を実践的に応用し、事業への価値創出を目指しています。
また、将来のゲーム体験を支えるハードウェア技術の実証や試作検討を通じて、研究成果を製品レベルへ発展させることも重要なミッションです。
事業部との協働や社内外のエンジニアとの連携を通じて、技術を“活かす”R&D活動を推進しています
◾️職務内容
- PlayStation向けに最高品質のゲーム体験を実現するため、ハードウェア開発におけるメカニカル技術の実装・検証・最適化を担当
- 製品開発部門と連携し、現行および将来のハードウェアにおける技術課題の解決、新しいメカ構造・機構の適用、そして設計・製造プロセスの生産性や品質向上にも取組む
- CAEツールなどの解析技術を活用し、構造・信頼性・熱・振動など多面的な観点から設計品質を高め、効率的な開発を行う
- R&D組織としての知見を活かしながら、実際の製品開発プロセスに近いフェーズで試作検討・性能評価・設計改善サイクルの高度化
◾️求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像
【必須要件（MUST）】

CAD（NXなど）を用いたメカ設計の実務経験（目安：3年以上）

量産設計・製品化プロセスに関する知見または実務経験
- CAEツール（特に構造・振動など）を用いた設計最適化検討の経験

設計課題の分析から、試作・評価・改善までを一連で遂行した経験

駆動系、筐体構造、冷却機構などのメカ設計および最適化の主導経験

設計・製造プロセス改善や品質向上活動の企画・推進経験

試作評価、信頼性試験、データ分析などを通じた設計改善の実行経験

海外チームや他部門と協働し、技術的合意形成やレビューをリードした経験

技術課題を構造的に捉え、CAE解析や試作評価などの実践的手段で解決策を導ける方

【語学力】
