  • Respond to employee enquiries within agreed service levels, delivering a consistent and positive employee experience.

  • Support Senior HR Specialists with projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and governance requirements throughout the EMEA region.

What You'll Bring

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and levels of the business.

  • Experience working with HR systems and employee data; experience with Workday would be an advantage.

  • Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and data confidentiality requirements.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.

  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative global team.
