Business Development/ Sales Executive - EMEA | Turkish Speaking Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented AdTech Sales Executive with a strong focus on UAE, KSA, and Jordan.
The ideal candidate has experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, digital media, mobile advertising, or SaaS sales, along with a strong understanding of the regional advertising ecosystem and an established network of brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
Turkish is highly preferred due to the nature of our regional business and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE, KSA, and Jordan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, non-gaming apps, media agencies, and strategic partners.
- Leverage your existing network to open new accounts and accelerate market penetration.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales and go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Share customer and market insights to help improve our product, positioning, and sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity updates.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Media, Mobile Advertising, or SaaS.
- Experience selling advertising solutions to brands, advertisers, publishers, or media agencies.
- Experience working with major media agencies such as GroupM, WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, or Omnicom is highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising and AdTech ecosystem.
- An established network of brands, advertisers, agencies, or publishers in the UAE, KSA, and/or Jordan.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to open new accounts.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. Turkish is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- A data-driven and commercially minded approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle in a remote-first environment.
- Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets is a plus.
