Game Product Manager (Monetization Manager)
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
What you will focus on
- Responsible for supporting the design and optimization of revenue strategies and helping adjust the balance between engaging player experiences and effective monetization models.
- By proposing improvements to the product strategy based on player behavior and data analysis, A/B testing, and market research and through coordinated efforts with production and monetization teams (design, developer, marketing, live ops, data analysis, and economy design).
What it means on a daily basis
Performances analysis
- Identify the features, game modes, and player behaviors that need to be analyzed, and prioritize the areas with the highest impact.
- Work with the DA team to conduct structured data analysis, from problem definition to recommendations.
- Build and maintain shared performance dashboards and prepare monthly reports/product reviews to track KPIs and game performance against revenue and profitability targets.
Engagement Metrics and Monetization
- Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations to improve engagement and monetization performance across player segments.
- Document testing history, results, and key learnings; propose new features and improvements to increase monetization.
- Review the GDD and support forecasting, post-launch performance tracking, and optimization recommendations, including initiatives to increase new and returning users.
Product Vision and Strategy
- Use performance analysis to support the GM in defining the product vision, direction, and key focus areas for the coming year(s).
- Help define the strategy and quarterly objectives needed to bring the vision to life, including the scope of each update.
- Share product and monetization insights with the team to improve alignment, ownership, and commitment to the product’s evolution.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Live Operation, Analytics, Monetization, or Consulting in product-oriented roles; gaming experience.
- Good knowledge of top-grossing games and free-to-play (F2P) mechanics, with experience on at least 2 different titles, including one Live Game operated as a service.
- Solid analytical and data modeling skills, with solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree and game design or game creation experience.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of performing effectively in a changing work setting.
- Experienced at analyzing large datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
- Someone who works well with others and has effective leadership and communication skills.
- Motivated by video games and able to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Work Location and Hours:
- Work location: 3rd & 4th floor, Lilama 10 Tower, 56 To Huu, Dai Mo, Hanoi.
- Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
