As a Senior Mobile Specialist, you will play a key role in driving mobile growth across our portfolio of brands.

You will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of mobile acquisition campaigns while partnering closely with product, analytics and creative teams to maximise user growth, engagement and revenue.

You will act as a subject matter expert across mobile acquisition channels and provide guidance and mentorship to Mobile Marketing Specialists, helping elevate performance across the team.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Own and manage mobile user acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, mobile ad networks and emerging channels.

• Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across multiple brands and international markets.

• Drive campaign optimisation through data-led decision making, focusing on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention.

• Partner with Product and CRM teams to improve onboarding journeys, activation rates and customer lifetime value.

• Work closely with the Marketing Effectiveness team to ensure accurate attribution, tracking and reporting across all mobile channels.

• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.

• Lead testing strategies across creatives, audiences, bidding models, landing experiences and app store assets.

• Support the development and execution of App Store Optimisation (ASO) initiatives alongside SEO and product teams.

• Build strong relationships with platform representatives, media partners and technology providers.

• Deliver regular business reviews and actionable performance insights to senior stakeholders.

• Mentor and support Mobile App Advertising Specialists, sharing best practices and fostering continuous development.

• Assist the Head of Mobile Marketing with budget planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, privacy developments, attribution changes and emerging mobile marketing technologies.

• Ensure all activities comply with relevant advertising, gambling and regulatory requirements.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.

• At least 4 years’ experience in mobile marketing, app acquisition or performance marketing.

• Proven experience managing large-scale app acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

• Strong working knowledge of Apple Search Ads and major mobile ad networks.

• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer).

• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, SKAN and privacy-focused measurement frameworks.

• Experience managing acquisition KPIs including CPA, ROAS, retention and customer lifetime value.

• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI.

• Demonstrated ability to translate performance insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• Experience within the iGaming, Sports Betting or online Gaming industry.

• Familiarity with gambling advertising regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Exposure to App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategies and tools.

• Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and predictive analytics techniques.

• Experience using AI-powered tools and automation platforms to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Previous experience contributing to budget ownership and forecasting processes.
