We are looking for an Art Outsourcing Specialist to join our team. You will take an operational role at the center of Dream Games' external art pipeline, managing the day-to-day execution of vendor review cycles, asset tracking, and feedback quality across simultaneous outsource relationships. You will work closely with the Art Outsource team and internal art teams, acting as the communication layer between Dream Games and its external studios by translating review feedback into clear, specific, and action-ready notes. You will ensure every asset moves through the pipeline with the documentation and accountability it needs to hit quality and delivery targets. This is a quality-and-process role for someone with a trained eye for 2D/3D art, strong communication skills, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple live productions.

At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute to the final product and have an impact on the company. If you want to be a team member of a fast-growing company, you might be the person we are looking for!

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day vendor communication across active outsource relationships: track submission status, acknowledge deliveries promptly, and flag production risks
  • Conduct structured reviews of inbound vendor work and consolidate internal reviewer feedback into specific, annotated, and single-pass actionable notes
  • Maintain production tracking across Jira and Airtable
  • Source and evaluate external studios and individual artists: assess portfolio fit, scope alignment, and production capability through to active onboarding
  • Prepare brief templates, technical delivery specs, reference packages, and stage gate definitions
  • Work with the Art Outsource team and internal art teams to implement and maintain outsource pipelines including review, feedback, and approval processes
  • Prepare and maintain bilingual (English/Turkish) feedback documentation and terminology guides for use by the internal art team
  • Requirements

  • Solid working knowledge of 2D/3D art production, including some hands-on creation experience (2D or 3D, e.g. Photoshop, Maya, or similar), and able to use technical art vocabulary (e.g. value, silhouette, color temperature) accurately in written feedback
  • Strong written and verbal English to convert spoken Turkish or informal review notes into consolidated, unambiguous vendor instructions without losing reviewer intent
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-asset outsource or production workflows, with a record of tracking parallel deliveries across multiple vendors simultaneously

  • Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a top priority for Dream Games. We collect and process your personal data as confidential as part of the recruitment process. Please read our Statement of Personal Data Protection Law and Consent Letter to know more details.
