Research at Midnite plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. As a Researcher, you'll uncover the insights that influence our product strategy, customer experience, brand positioning and commercial decisions. Whether you're measuring market share, understanding player behaviour or testing new product experiences, your work will help teams make smarter, faster decisions that drive growth. This is an opportunity to build strong research expertise while seeing your insights directly influence the products we build and how we compete in the market.

You Will:

• Support the delivery of quantitative and qualitative research projects across Product, Commercial, Growth, Trading and Casino teams.

• Design, script and manage surveys, ensuring high-quality data collection and reliable research outputs.

• Conduct quantitative analysis using tools such as Q, SPSS or Displayr to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Assist with qualitative research, including discussion guide creation, session coordination, note-taking and transcript analysis.

• Plan and run moderated and unmoderated user testing to uncover customer needs, pain points and opportunities.

• Track key business and brand metrics including market share, share of wallet, brand awareness and consideration.

• Produce clear, engaging reports and presentations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

• Coordinate the operational delivery of research projects, including scheduling, fieldwork management and research administration.

The Next Midniter:

• Has experience supporting quantitative and/or qualitative research within a commercial or agency environment.

• Understands key commercial metrics such as acquisition, retention, market share, brand awareness and customer consideration.

• Has experience with survey programming, research operations and maintaining high-quality datasets.

• Is familiar with research and analytics tools such as Displayr, SPSS, Q or similar platforms.

• Has exposure to user research, usability testing or longitudinal research programmes such as brand trackers.

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable insights.

• Communicates confidently with stakeholders and participants, translating findings into clear recommendations.

• Is naturally curious, proactive and excited by using research to solve business and product challenges.

• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and research has a direct commercial impact.

• Holds a degree in a quantitative, social science or research-related discipline.
