Brand Manager
We’re VOID Interactive, the kick-ass team behind the tactical shooter game Ready or Not, which has sold over 16 million copies across all platforms. We’re a fully remote, 90+ person studio made up of seriously talented individuals from all over the world who love games and creating exceptional experiences for players.
We’re now looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join us remotely and shape how VOID and our titles are positioned in the market. You’ll lead brand strategy and campaigns across announcements, content updates, DLC, platform launches and seasonal moments. Build brand foundations for new IP from zero alongside an established tactical FPS franchise.
This role reports directly to the Marketing and Publishing Director, partnering on brand strategy across the portfolio with full ownership of defined projects. Working closely with our development, publishing, creative and community teams, you’ll make sure every campaign has a clear purpose, a strong idea and a measurable commercial goal. You’ll understand what makes each game distinctive and protect that identity across every player touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
Positioning and brand strategy
- Build positioning, messaging frameworks and brand guidelines per title, and for VOID as a label.
- Keep tone, voice and visual identity coherent across store pages, trailers, social, community and PR.
- Know what each game stands for, and hold that line when scope, feedback or deadlines push against it.
Campaigns and go-to-market
- Plan and run campaign beats end to end: announcements, content updates, DLC, platform launches and seasonal moments.
- Write briefs with one clear idea per beat, then give creative, capture and community teams the room to execute it well.
- Own the marketing calendar across titles so beats reinforce each other instead of colliding.
Commercial outcomes
- Tie every campaign to a target: wish lists, conversion, reactivation or platform acquisition.
- Read Steam and first-party data, community sentiment and creator coverage, then adjust the plan rather than the report.
- Flag gaps between ambition and resources early, and bring options when you do.
Partners and orchestration
- Act as the day-to-day alignment point between development, publishing, creative, community and external partners.
- Support platform conversations with Valve, PlayStation and Xbox, including co-marketing and featuring beats.
- Direct agencies and contractors when a campaign needs more hands than we have
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing or publishing within the games industry.
- Games industry experience is essential, ideally on premium PC or console titles.
- A portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through clearly, explaining the strategy, individual campaign beats, execution and results.
- Confidence working with data and connecting brand activity to commercial outcomes.
- Experience working across development teams, leadership, platform partners, agencies and media.
- The ability to manage several titles and major campaign moments at the same time without losing focus or quality.
- We ask for regular overlap with EU and NA working hours to collaborate with our global team.
Bonus Points If You Have
- A strong understanding of tactical shooters, milsim or other hardcore gaming communities.
- A clear understanding of the difference between authenticity within a genre and simply adopting its aesthetic.
- Go-to-market experience across console or mobile platforms alongside PC.
- Experience working on both the developer and publisher sides of the industry.
