Client Success Manager

The Opportunity

Unity Grow is looking for an early-career professional to join the APAC Customer Growth Team as a Client Success Manager supporting Sales New Money onboarding.

This full-time, hands-on role helps new clients move from the Sales handoff to launch. You will guide partners through their first 90 days, explain products and onboarding steps, coordinate required tasks, follow up on outstanding actions, and help accounts activate and begin monetizing.

The role focuses on customer education, onboarding coordination, and 0-to-1 operations. Technical work is limited to understanding common concepts, following standard troubleshooting guidance, documenting issues clearly, and routing complex questions to the appropriate internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Onboarding Execution: Follow the standard onboarding workflow from Sales handoff to go-live, including kickoff coordination, onboarding checklists, account setup, information and document collection, timeline confirmation, and next-step follow-up.

• Customer Education and Product Guidance: Explain the basics of Offerwall and Unity Ads, onboarding requirements, common workflows, standard settings, and available self-service resources. Deliver standard training materials, answer routine questions, and help clients understand what they need to complete before launch.

• First 90-Day Operational Support: Track each new account’s onboarding progress, follow up on open actions, and help clients complete the operational steps required for activation and early monetization.

• Cross-Product Onboarding Support: Provide day-to-day onboarding support across the following areas:

  • Offerwall: Guide clients through virtual currency configuration, entry point placement, exchange-rate setup, A/B test coordination, and campaign allow-listing/block-listing.

  • Unity Ads: Explain onboarding requirements, help clients complete account-readiness checks, and support routine setup and early performance reviews.

• Coordination and Issue Follow-Up: Use Slack, Salesforce, WeChat, and other designated channels to answer routine onboarding questions, track blockers, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate technical or compliance issues when specialist support is needed.

• Onboarding Records and Feedback: Keep onboarding status, action items, and client questions documented and visible. Record recurring points of confusion or process friction and share them with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Recent graduates and early-career candidates with relevant internships, projects, or coursework are encouraged to apply.

• Customer Onboarding and Service Mindset: Able to explain processes clearly, follow up consistently, organize multiple onboarding tasks, and provide a responsive and structured client experience.

• Ad-Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with the mobile advertising ecosystem, performance advertising, and the basic roles of advertisers, publishers, ad platforms, and mobile measurement partners. Interest in learning the Offerwall ecosystem is expected.

• Operational Execution: Comfortable following standard workflows, using checklists, maintaining accurate records, and completing recurring operational tasks with attention to detail.

• Basic Technical Literacy: Able to understand common onboarding terms such as SDK, API, and MMP, follow standard troubleshooting guides, and describe issues clearly. Hands-on implementation or development experience is not required.

• Tools and Data: Able to learn internal back-end tools, data dashboards such as Looker, and AI-enabled support tools. Comfortable using Excel for basic analysis, including pivot tables.

• Language Proficiency: Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin. Both languages are used in daily work.

Base Salary Range:  ¥117,100 - ¥208,100 CNY gross

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
