[HCM, Investment VN] Program & Portfolio Lead

QUEST AVAILABLE

You'll be the subject-matter voice studios turn to — assessing what's working, what's not, and advising exactly what it takes to level up.

YOUR MISSION

You own the full lifecycle of Garena's game incubation and portfolio work — scouting and selecting promising early-stage teams, building the program that gets them ready, and staying close to their progress long after they've joined. When a studio in the portfolio needs a playtest organized, a vendor coordinated, or a hard call made on whether they're on track, that's you.
