About The Role
As a Compliance Support Specialist at Aristocrat, you will be an integral part of ensuring our game and software shipments meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. This role is outstanding in its blend of documentation, communication, tracking, and coordination, making it both cross-functional and client-facing. You will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory agencies to prepare, verify, and distribute necessary documentation—keeping projects on track and customers satisfied!
What You'll Do
Monitor and manage shipping and notification processes, including system reports and regulatory communications.
Verify product approvals and ensure compliance with jurisdictional shipping requirements.
Prepare and submit compliance documentation (certification reports, PAR sheets) to appropriate Gaming Regulatory Agencies and casinos.
Complete jurisdictional reports and raise compliance risks when needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet delivery deadlines and support customer needs.
Maintain up-to-date contact and compliance requirement records for regulatory agencies.
Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external collaborators from regulators, casinos, and internal teams.
Build positive working relationships across teams to gather and share relevant information.
Keep department management informed of deadlines, priorities, and regulatory updates.
Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in the gaming industry or related regulatory/compliance role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and adaptable in managing shifting priorities.
Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Approach to process improvement.
Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing deadlines in an encouraging team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
Comfortable communicating across departments and with external partners.
Respect for confidentiality and regulatory protocols.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a gaming license.
