At Cypher Games, animation is more than movement on a screen: it's what gives our characters personality and our worlds a pulse.

As an Animator, you'll bring characters, creatures and gameplay moments to life with motion that feels responsive, expressive and satisfying. From character rigs and idle loops to impactful combat and UI feedback, your work will have a direct impact on game feel, readability and player engagement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in game animation.

Proficiency with Spine & Unity, and similar tools.

Strong understanding of animation principles, with an excellent eye for detail, timing, and movement.

Knowledge of color theory, lighting, and composition, with the ability to create animations that fit the game’s visual style.

A proactive team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, driven to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.
