As our marketing Senior Data Scientist you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing strategies by providing meaningful insights through advanced modeling. Your primary focus will be to build predictive models that forecast user payment behavior by Day30, based on in-game activity data collected during the first 7 days of a user’s lifetime.

Key responsibilities.

• Build and refine predictive models to forecast users payment likelihood.

• Explore and process large volumes of in-game event data to uncover patterns relevant for forecasting.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the models drive better user acquisition decisions.

• Effectively manage large datasets, ensuring timely and precise insights.

You could be a great fit for this position If:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in data science.

• You have a proven track record in creating and implementing predictive models related to customer behavior.

• You possess strong Python skills and experience with key machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• You have experience working with large datasets and are capable of effectively diving deep into detailed analyses.

• You excel at translating complex analytical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders across all levels.

• You love game development.

• Your English is B1 and higher, you Russian is B2 and higher.
