Position Summary

The Senior Software Quality Control Engineer can work independently or as a team member in the full life cycle of a software development project.  The Senior Software Quality Control Engineer can perform duties as a ‘SME’ Subject Matter Expert and capable of taking control of more in-depth projects and completing them successfully.  They are also available to participate in analyzing, strategizing and assisting with the resolution of production emergencies as needed.  Is adept at controlling a test environment as well as providing an independent evaluation of software.  The Senior Software Quality Control Engineer takes directions from the Software Development Manager.

A 2- or 4-year college degree, preferably in a technical area, is a plus.
