Growth Marketing Specialist (Web-to-App Funnels)

Nanobit is a Zagreb-based mobile entertainment studio and part of Stillfront Group. For 15+ years we've built games and interactive stories played by tens of millions of people worldwide. We're now expanding into a new product category: short-form vertical drama for mobile audiences. We're building it with the same craft and audience focus that has defined our games.

About the role

We’re building a short-form drama app featuring AI-generated vertical series. A key part of how the product grows is web-to-app funnels: landing pages where viewers discover a story, engage, subscribe, and then continue in the app. Your job is to create, test, and optimise these funnels. The short drama category is new, the playbook is being written in real time — if you love experimenting, digging into numbers, and figuring out what makes people click, this role is for you.

How will you spend your day?

• Creating new funnel variations daily — landing pages, offers, and paywalls

• Setting up and running A/B tests: launching experiments, tracking results, scaling what works

• Analysing funnel data to find where users drop off and why

• Coordinating with the marketing team on budget allocation and campaign performance

• Following web2app and performance marketing trends and bringing new ideas to the table

What we are looking for

• An analytical mindset — you enjoy working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data

• A test-and-learn approach: you form hypotheses about what will work and validate them with data

• Interest in consumer psychology and what drives users to convert

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

• Team spirit and good collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, performance marketing, or subscription products

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau)

• Any funnel or landing page you’ve built yourself — even as a side project, we’d love to see it

What we offer

• A new product and the opportunity to build, test and scale our web-to-app funnels from day one

• Direct collaboration with the marketing, product, content and creative teams that ship the actual show — your funnels are the front door to it

• Additional financial benefits based on annual success, such as a Christmas bonus, Easter bonus, summer bonus, as well as referral bonuses and covered transportation expenses

• Work-life balance: we are dedicated to our work, but also understand the importance of flexibility, switching off and recharging. Based on that, we offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, with office days mandatory from Tuesday to Thursday. Each one of our teammates enjoys an hour-long lunch break and 24 days of annual leave.

• We sponsor your monthly Multisport membership and offer you a free annual health check-up, healthy (and not so healthy) snacks, free lunch each day when working from the office and occasional discounts on various services and products.

• Parents, you are included too! We got your back with kindergarten compensation and soon-to-be parents can look forward to a baby bonus!
