Growth Marketing Specialist (Web-to-App Funnels)
Nanobit is a Zagreb-based mobile entertainment studio and part of Stillfront Group. For 15+ years we've built games and interactive stories played by tens of millions of people worldwide. We're now expanding into a new product category: short-form vertical drama for mobile audiences. We're building it with the same craft and audience focus that has defined our games.
About the role
We’re building a short-form drama app featuring AI-generated vertical series. A key part of how the product grows is web-to-app funnels: landing pages where viewers discover a story, engage, subscribe, and then continue in the app. Your job is to create, test, and optimise these funnels. The short drama category is new, the playbook is being written in real time — if you love experimenting, digging into numbers, and figuring out what makes people click, this role is for you.
How will you spend your day?
Creating new funnel variations daily — landing pages, offers, and paywalls
Setting up and running A/B tests: launching experiments, tracking results, scaling what works
Analysing funnel data to find where users drop off and why
Coordinating with the marketing team on budget allocation and campaign performance
Following web2app and performance marketing trends and bringing new ideas to the table
What we are looking for
An analytical mindset — you enjoy working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data
A test-and-learn approach: you form hypotheses about what will work and validate them with data
Interest in consumer psychology and what drives users to convert
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Team spirit and good collaboration skills
Nice to have
Experience with A/B testing, CRO, performance marketing, or subscription products
Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau)
Any funnel or landing page you’ve built yourself — even as a side project, we’d love to see it
