About this role

LEGO Digital Play will bring the LEGO brand into digital entertainment in new, innovative, and wholly-owned ways. Our mission is to ensure the LEGO Brand remains as powerfully a part of children’s lives in the coming decades as it has ever been. We aim to reach every kid on the planet, their parents, and adult fans of LEGO - and provide them with meaningful, magical, and playful new experiences.

We are at the earliest phases of this new company, offering a unique opportunity to build a new entity for the world's most beloved and trusted brand. Our culture is open, collaborative, intellectually rigorous, and creatively vibrant.

We’re creating the role of VP, Head of Trust & Safety: the most senior Trust & Safety role at LEGO Digital Play, and the single point of accountability for getting it right. You’ll define the standard we hold ourselves to, build the conviction across the company to meet it, and hold the authority to stop anything shipping that falls short.

This is a newly created role based in London, reporting to the President, LEGO Digital Play. Game teams remain accountable for the safety of their own games. You will set the standard they work to, partner with them closely at the decisions that matter, and carry the final call on trust and safety grounds.

You’ll shape what this function becomes — how trust and safety is structured, resourced and embedded across LDP — and you’ll do it hands-on. You’ll begin without direct reports, authoring the standards and reviewing the work yourself, and grow the team deliberately as our portfolio grows with it.

You’ll be equally comfortable as a thought leader and an operator: setting a direction the industry pays attention to, then sitting with General Managers and design leads to work it into their games.
