Senior Corporate Communications Executive

The role

As Kaizen Gaming continues to strengthen its presence across Europe, we are looking for a self-driven, hands-on, 360° Corporate Communications professional  to join our Global Corporate Communications team and lead communications across Germany, Denmark and Belgium.

Working closely with the HQ Communications and Corporate Responsibility teams, you will play a key role in building and protecting Kaizen Gaming’s corporate reputation in these markets, strengthening relationships with media and external stakeholders, and positioning the company as a responsible and engaged corporate citizen.

The role will have a strong focus on media relations and external communications, PR, corporate reputation and CSR, while also supporting local internal communications and employer branding initiatives where relevant.

You will work closely with market leadership teams and local partners to understand business priorities, identify relevant communication opportunities and translate global strategies into locally relevant, impactful communication plans.

We are looking for a team player, independent thinker and doer, who can confidently operate across different markets, cultures and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

External Communications & Corporate Reputation

• Develop and implement integrated external communications plans for Germany, Denmark and Belgium, aligned with business priorities and the global communications strategy.
• Define local communication objectives, key messages, audiences, channels and KPIs in collaboration with Regional and Global strategy.
• Proactively identify opportunities to build Kaizen Gaming’s corporate reputation and strengthen its visibility across the  assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, journalists, industry stakeholders and relevant external partners.
• Identify relevant newsjacking, thought leadership and corporate storytelling opportunities and translate them into local communications.
• Develop and coordinate press releases, media alerts, corporate stories, interviews, executive profiling, opinion pieces and other external content.
• Support local spokespeople and senior leaders with messaging, briefing documents, media preparation and communication materials.
• Monitor relevant media and reputational developments and provide recommendations to market and HQ stakeholders.
• Ensure a consistent #oneteam #onevoice approach while adapting global communications to local market realities.
• Plan and execute external events, media activities, stakeholder engagements and corporate initiatives across the assigned markets.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with local PR agencies and external communications partners, ensuring quality, efficiency and measurable results.

 

Corporate Responsibility & CSR

• Work closely with the HQ Corporate Responsibility team and local market teams to develop and execute the annual CSR/Corporate Responsibility communications plan for Germany, Denmark and Belgium.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the visibility and impact of Kaizen Gaming’s CSR and community initiatives in each market.
• Develop local communication strategies around CSR initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships, community projects and responsible gaming activities.
• Support the development of compelling CSR storytelling and content, ensuring initiatives are communicated authentically and with clear local relevance.
• Build relationships with NGOs, community organisations, sports and social partners and other relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for meaningful local engagement.
• Coordinate communications around CSR activations, partnerships, volunteering initiatives and community events.
• Ensure CSR communications are aligned with Kaizen Gaming’s corporate positioning, values and responsible business commitments.
• Measure and report on the communications impact and visibility of CSR initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the identification of new CSR communication opportunities and partnerships that can strengthen Kaizen Gaming’s reputation and local community presence.
  
  

Internal Communications & Employer Brand  

• Support local internal communications initiatives, ensuring effective dissemination of company strategy, priorities and key corporate messages.
• Develop content and communication initiatives that engage employees across the three markets.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when relevant, ensuring consistency with Kaizen Gaming’s corporate positioning.
• Coordinate local events and employee initiatives in collaboration with HR and market teams.
  
  

Requirements

You are self-driven, hands-on and passionate about corporate communications, PR and reputation management. You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple stakeholders and turning business priorities into strong communication opportunities.

You have:

• 6+ years of solid experience in corporate communications, media relations, PR, journalism or a related communications field ideally in a multinational environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Studies or a related field is desirable. Other degrees are also considered in conjunction with relevant work experience. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
  Strong experience in external communications, media relations and corporate reputation.
• Experience developing and executing PR and communications strategies, ideally across multiple markets.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executives for external communications.
• Strong understanding of CSR/Corporate Responsibility communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; proficiency in the relevant local language(s) is a strong advantage.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several markets, agencies and projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying communication opportunities and developing impactful stories.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with media, agencies, community partners and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• AI literacy and genuine curiosity  about emerging tools and technologies, with a proactive approach to using AI for productivity and communications innovation.
