What you’ll build with us:

This role owns affiliate and creator distribution end to end for a new betting product on our roadmap.

You’ll own the partner base and the commercial terms behind it: recruitment, revenue-share structures, tooling and performance management, plus the YouTube, X and streaming partnerships that put the product in front of a crypto-native audience. You’ll also own the acquisition funnel and the P&L underneath it, so every dollar is attributable and every call is defensible.

The impact you’ll make:

• Own one of our affiliate and creator programmes end to end – recruitment, commercial terms, revenue-share structures, tooling and performance management of the partner base
• Sign and scale YouTube, X and streaming partnerships with crypto and internet-culture creators, from long-form YouTube integrations through to always-on affiliate relationships
• Negotiate deals that hold up commercially – you’ll model the economics, not just do the deal
• Build the distribution flywheel deliberately, including where we can leverage our existing creator ecosystem, while making sure the product lands as its own brand with its own audience
• Own the full acquisition funnel and the P&L behind it – budget, channel mix, CAC, deposit conversion and payback
• Build and scale acquisition across the channels that actually work for a crypto-native audience
• Set the measurement stack with BI and product analytics so every dollar is attributable and every decision is defensible
• Partner with CRM to build the onboarding, activation and retention journeys that turn a first deposit into an active player, and know which cohorts are worth reactivating and which aren’t
• Set and enforce the standards our affiliates and creators market to – their content is our brand and our regulatory exposure

Your track record:

• Significant demonstrated experience leading affiliates, partnerships or growth for a high-growth consumer product
• Proven track record building and scaling affiliate programmes and creator or influencer partnerships, with YouTube partnerships specifically a strong advantage
• Genuine fluency in the crypto space – you understand the culture, the channels and the community, and you can tell the difference between real signal and noise
• Commercial ownership of a marketing budget with hard accountability for CAC, LTV, payback and revenue
• Strong analytical capability – comfortable in the data, able to interrogate attribution and make a call under uncertainty
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to sell a strategy to an executive audience and a partnership to a creator
• Commercially ruthless – every channel, creator and deal earns its place in the mix, you kill what isn’t working fast and you can show the numbers behind the call
• Straight about risk – you understand that credibility is the growth strategy, you market honestly and you hold every partner to the same line

Bonus points if you also have:

• Knowledge of iGaming, sports betting or casino environments and their affiliate economics
• Experience marketing high-risk products in a restricted-advertising environment
• Experience taking a product to market internationally across multiple jurisdictions and licensing regimes
• Additional language skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
