What You'll Do
- Track the status and soundness of the gaming systems, guaranteeing seamless functionality.
- Complete manual activities in the gaming systems application according to system directives.
- Prepare and report daily activities and incidents promptly and accurately.
- Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, efficiency, and important metrics.
- Record activities and archive daily logs meticulously.
- Handle all job duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in testing and provide insightful feedback on system and equipment performance.
- Open production tickets for any system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and uphold the things we value.
- Stay current on new developments and procedures regarding protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the Delivery and Control Room Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide outstanding customer support and address client concerns promptly.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
- Experience in data reporting and a proven attention to detail.
- Prior experience working as a control room operator or in a similar position.
- Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to sustain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful decisions and exercise discretion in the absence of management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent grammatical, typing, and data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Dedication to maintaining company standards and values.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to follow detailed protocols.
