About this role
At Cypher Games, we build games with one goal: to create experiences players genuinely enjoy and keep coming back to.
We’re looking for passionate, analytically strong Product Specialists and Managers who want to take ownership of designing, developing, and improving mobile games played by millions.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape product strategy, translate player insights into better experiences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
We rely heavily on data, statistical thinking, and a deep understanding of game systems to guide our decisions. - Stay up-to-date with the mobile market, play and analyze mobile games, and share new insights with the team
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics
- Product management experience in the game industry
- A good sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to details
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A team player who can easily manage a business with cross-functional teams
