Strategy & Program Management Intern, Fan Care Community Care - Summer 2027
About this role
Our EA Experiences group is dedicated to ensuring great experiences for our growing communities centered around our world-renowned brands. We inspire, connect, and engage fans through meaningful experiences that extend beyond gameplay. Within Fan Care, the Game Lifecycle Management team partners across Studios, Community, Product, Self-Service, Live Operations, and Fan Intelligence to align strategies that improve fan experiences throughout a game's lifecycle.
As a Strategy & Program Management Intern, you'll support the Game Lifecycle Manager Team. Within Fan Care, the Game Lifecycle Management team acts as the bridge to game development teams, aligning strategies that improve fan experiences throughout a game's lifecycle. This role will work on strategic initiatives that improve how cross-functional teams work together to deliver exceptional fan experiences. Rather than owning a single project, you'll help bring structure to complex problems by organizing information, facilitating collaboration, and synthesizing insights from across the organization into actionable recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems thinking, thrives in ambiguity, and can identify patterns across multiple sources of information to help teams make better decisions.
What You’ll Do
Support strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives across multiple EA game franchises.
Partner with the Game Lifecycle Team to prepare workshops, document outcomes, and drive follow-up actions across partner teams.
Gather and synthesize feedback into clear themes and actionable insights.
Identify patterns, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple workstreams to support strategic decision-making.
Create executive-ready templates that communicate complex information clearly and can be used broadly across the org.
Maintain program documentation, action trackers, and strategic deliverables to help teams stay aligned in a fast-paced environment.
Help improve team processes by identifying opportunities to streamline collaboration, planning, and information sharing as well as making recommendations and executing where possible.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Customer Experience, Operations, Human-Centered Design, Analytics, Communication Science, or a related field. Must graduate no earlier than December 2027.
Strong systems thinking and analytical skills with the ability to connect information across multiple teams and perspectives.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into concise, actionable insights.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, or similar productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience facilitating workshops, group projects, or cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with project or program management tools such as Miro, Jira, Asana, Airtable, or Confluence.
Experience conducting research or analyzing customer feedback.
Passion for gaming, digital products, customer experience, or strategy.

Strategic planning and program management
