Producer - EA SPORTS F1®
About this role
The Producer (EA SPORTS F1®) runs end-to-end production of our marketing, motion, and design assets to guide visual campaigns for our global racing franchise. The Producer will report to the Lead Producer, EA SPORTS F1®
Responsibilities:
Asset Production & Delivery: You will organise the production of our Visual Identity (VisID), Key Art, trailers, and screenshots from brief to 100% on-time delivery against important campaign milestones.
Schedule & Pipeline Management: You will be in charge of building detailed schedules, maintain tracking tools (Airtable and Asana), and track assets to provide our partners with clear, daily pipeline visibility.
Partner Alignment: You will lead asset discussions and meetings with our senior partners across brand, dev, comms, and craft to understand asset challenges better while identifying creative solutions in a relevant way.
Feedback Rounds: You will translate notes from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into clear, relevant steps, ensuring creative teams deliver approved assets with fewer review cycles.
Resource Sourcing: Act as our go-to coordinator for the team's creative ingredients, managing everything from music licensing and brand approvals to in-game assets and design elements.
Compliance & Budgeting: You must manage Legal, rating board (ESRB/PEGI), and Localisation delivery pipelines while forecasting and managing vendor resources within +/- 5% of the approved budget.
Team & Vendor Collaboration: You will partner with our internal craft teams while onboarding and managing external vendors to deliver great creative work on time and on budget.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading creative production within gaming, creative agencies, post-production, VFX, or sports entertainment.
Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns from initial concept to final and within budget.
Direct experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative vendors and agencies, alongside internal game developers and art teams.
You have hands-on experience building production schedules and managing tracking pipelines using tools like Airtable and Asana.
You can navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews with high-profile licensors, partners, and senior team members.
Boil complex, multi-tiered project plans down to their critical paths and important milestones.
Have a collaborative approach, with the ability to handle complex projects.
A keen personal interest in sports, with a knowledge for Formula 1 and motorsport culture on and off the screen.
