The Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, People Experience is a senior people partner role covering our North American employee population. You'll own the full HR operations mandate across the US and Canada — employment compliance, benefits administration, payroll, and EOR relationship management — while also serving as a trusted partner to business leaders on workforce planning, talent, and organizational design.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll manage one People & Culture Advisor in São Paulo and will be expected to bring deep knowledge of US and Canadian employment law, benefits architecture, EOR partnerships, and HRIS platforms — particularly TriNet and SAP SuccessFactors — to support a complex, global, and fast-moving organization.

It's a role for someone who can think strategically, execute pragmatically, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees alike — leading with empathy, clarity, and accountability.

Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be available to work onsite at our office at least three days per week.
