Location: Gibraltar – On-site
As our Workplace Experience & People Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of everyone who works from our Gibraltar office. Sitting within the People team, you'll ensure our workplace runs seamlessly while helping create an environment where people feel welcomed, connected and set up to do their best work. From delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to coordinating employee events, managing workplace operations and supporting People initiatives, you'll have a direct impact on our culture and employee experience as we continue to grow.
You will:
Own the day-to-day running of our Gibraltar office, ensuring it's organised, well-stocked and a brilliant place to work.
Coordinate workplace operations including office supplies, facilities, suppliers, meeting spaces and office maintenance.
Welcome candidates, visitors and new joiners, creating a professional and memorable first impression of Midnite.
Partner with the People Partner to deliver engaging employee experience initiatives, social events and wellbeing activities.
Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every employee has a smooth and well-organised experience from day one to their final day.
Provide day-to-day People administration, maintaining accurate employee records, documentation and internal communications.
Coordinate workplace purchasing, suppliers, invoices and procurement, working closely with Finance and external partners.
Act as a visible and approachable point of contact within the office, continually identifying opportunities to improve our workplace and employee experience.
The next Midniter:
Has previous experience in workplace coordination, office management, People, HR administration or employee experience.
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Takes ownership, proactively spotting what needs doing and following through without being asked.
Builds strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, creating a positive experience for everyone they work with.
Communicates confidently and professionally, both in writing and in person.
Is comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
Has a genuine passion for creating an exceptional workplace and employee experience every day
