Job Description

As an Engineering Manager I, you will coordinate and drive team efforts to deliver software solutions. 

The Offers team is responsible for building and maintaining real-time event based systems that support the Company’s desire to quickly and easily create new bonus mechanics, without input from technical teams.

You will be responsible for building and leading a team of software developers with varying experience and skillsets, focusing on people, processes, delivery and governance. You will measure quality and delivery, contribute and drive improvements, maintaining a solid technical understanding of systems and remain close to the solutions being developed. You will be leading SDLC transformation in the modern AI era to the bleeding edge implementing agentic workflows

The annual salary for this role will be between $130,000-$160,000.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
