Publisher Operations Manager

Description

We're on the hunt for a technically fluent Publisher Operations Manager to own the health and performance of the Overwolf Ads publisher portfolio.

As our Yield Guardian, you'll monitor publisher activities end-to-end, run network-wide investigations, and work across Demand Ops and Publisher Success to turn performance gaps into solved problems. You'll use AI as a co-pilot and bring the judgment the tools can't: knowing what to look for, what it means, and what to do about it.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the health of assigned publisher activity (bidder publishers or Nitro publishers) proactively, not reactively
• Run network-level optimization investigations, including success rate optimization, and own the implementation of findings
• Identify gaps in publisher or network performance and drive them to resolution end-to-end
• Serve as the operations point of contact for Demand Ops and Publisher Success on cross-functional publisher issues
• Use AI tooling to surface anomalies, identify patterns, and accelerate analysis
• Manage and optimize SSP and GAM configurations to improve publisher yield

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in ad tech operations: publisher operations, programmatic operations, or yield management
• Hands-on experience with SSPs and Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Technically fluent: you understand how ad systems and complex programmatic workflows connect, without being a developer
• Strong problem-solving instincts: move from symptom to root cause, not from symptom to escalation
• Passion for gaming and gaming culture

Bonus Points:

• Experience with bidder management or direct publisher-side relationships
• Familiarity with analytics tooling and internal platform workflows
