Player Support Agent

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office or remotely in Ukraine.

This role is based in Playamp, the ecosystem Plarium is part of. Playamp brings together six international mobile and PC game studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Playamp's shared teams cover marketing, data and analytics, applied AI, player services, and direct-to-consumer monetization. Together, they support over 60 games, including Plarium's.

We are looking for talented Player Support Agents to work with our external support team for players of RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. Our flagship title is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide — you can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

This position involves 8 weeks of paid training: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time. 

Upon completion of this training, work will be in shifts from 10:00 to 18:30 Kyiv time from Sunday to Thursday or from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Investigating player-reported game issues and responding to users’ questions

• Processing bug reports and creating technical reports

• Cooperating with the development, testing, and game design teams

What we expect

• English language skills at the Advanced level (all communication within the team is conducted in English)

• Fluency in Ukrainian

• Interest in games and an understanding of game mechanics

• Effective communication skills and understanding of customer communication principles

• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

Desired

• Experience working in Support or other service departments

• MMORPG gaming experience

• Knowledge of software testing and a deep understanding of the principles of bug report creation
