People Partnerships Lead
About this role
The People Partnerships Lead supports people processes across our teams in Mexico and Colombia. This onsite position reports to the Senior Manager of People Practices based in Canada and serves as a collaborator, subject matter expert and a program manager. In this role, you will prioritize and implement key strategies from the People Practices team while collaborating with site leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to cultivate a compliant, welcoming, and values-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track projects, ensuring delivery and partner management.
Support change management and adoption of new people initiatives including compensation planning, performance management and talent planning.
Support implementation and administration of locally compliant people processes.
Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an inclusive, engaging culture.
Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years' experience in HR or project coordination, in an international setting.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Project management and HR systems skills.
