• Prepare and check transmission rundowns to minimise on-air risk and maintain broadcast quality
• Operate control room systems including graphics, vision switching, and audio to deliver live content
• Make real-time operational decisions aligned to production needs and channel style guidelines
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Production, Master Control, and Raceday teams to keep broadcasts aligned and responsive

What You’ll Bring

• Solid understanding of broadcast operations, workflows, and live transmission environments
• High attention to detail, with a track record of managing rundowns, schedules, and live outputs accurately in time-sensitive settings
• Ability to operate under pressure - making clear, timely decisions while reducing risk of on-air errors

Great to Have

These are a bonus, so if you don’t have them all, we’d still like to hear from you.

• Experience operating control room equipment such as graphics, vision switching, or audio
• Familiarity with racing, sports, or live event broadcasting
• Experience working with external media providers or broadcast partners

What You’ll Gain

You’ll join a connected, high-energy environment where sport, entertainment, collaboration, and momentum are part of the everyday.

• Reward: Competitive pay & great perks, including retailer discounts
• Flexibility: Personal days off to balance life and work
• Growth: Build hands-on expertise across live broadcast operations, control room systems, and transmission workflows
• Exposure: Work across Trackside, Ladbrokes, and neds, collaborating with production, media, and racing teams in a live environment
• People: Join a collaborative, reliable team that values clear communication, accountability, and calm execution under pressure
• Perks: Wellbeing support, Southern Cross Health Insurance, free breakfast and snacks, and an office worth showing up to - think pool table, sports on TVs, and a modern space designed for you
