Your Impact

Reporting to the People Experience Manager, you’ll provide trusted first-line People advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with leaders, employees and the broader People Team to deliver timely, practical guidance on people matters while ensuring our policies, processes and employment obligations are applied consistently.

This is a varied role with the opportunity to build your HR advisory experience, contribute to process improvements and support initiatives that make a meaningful difference to our people and business.

A Day in the Life

• Act as a key point of contact for People-related queries from leaders and employees.
• Provide practical advice on performance, conduct, employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Support queries relating to employment conditions, leave, benefits and remuneration processes.
• Draft and review employment contracts, variation letters and formal correspondence.
• Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations matters, escalating complex or high-risk cases where appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely support across onboarding, employment changes, remuneration updates, leave administration and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HRIS and related systems.

Your Strengths

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory or People Services.
• A sound understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation.
• Experience using HRIS platforms; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, empathetic and service-focused approach.
• The ability to balance responsiveness with sound risk awareness and governance.
