Your Impact

This role will strengthen the front end of our recruitment process by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted talent pipelines and deliver high-quality, pre-vetted shortlists.

With a strong focus on technology sourcing, you’ll bring specialist expertise in identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent across areas such as software engineering, data and analytics, product, cyber security and DevOps or infrastructure.

You’ll use a combination of market knowledge, technology and human-centred decision-making to deliver an excellent candidate experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how AI can improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of recruitment while maintaining a thoughtful and personal approach.

The role will contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and HR projects and provide recruitment continuity when a Recruitment Advisor is away, ensuring hiring momentum and a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with Talent Advisors and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, must-have skills and team culture.
• Prepare qualified shortlists for Talent Advisors, including candidate summaries, screening notes and sourcing insights.
• Maintain visibility of active requisitions, candidate pipelines and recruitment progress to support seamless handovers.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, talent communities and niche platforms.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, remuneration expectations, skill shortages and effective sourcing channels.
• Manage recruitment-related operational activities, including mailbox management and reporting.

Your Strengths

• At least two years’ experience in a dedicated resourcing role, ideally within an internal Talent Acquisition or Agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• The ability to manage multiple requisitions, maintain accurate pipeline data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Australian or New Zealand talent market, particularly within technology.
• Previous experience recruiting for a range of technology disciplines, with the ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
